Automatic Daily Backups
Every site is backed up automatically once per day, covering both WordPress files and the full MySQL database. Retention varies by plan — Trial keeps 3 days, paid plans keep up to 30 days.
Creating a Manual Backup
Before making significant changes — a plugin update, theme edit, or migration — create an on-demand backup from the Backups tab. Manual backups are stored alongside your automatic ones and available instantly.
Restoring from a Backup
Find the backup point you want in the Backups tab and click Restore. The process replaces your current files and database with that snapshot. Most restores complete within 2–5 minutes depending on site size.
Downloading a Backup
Download a full backup archive (files + database export) to your local machine at any time. Useful for migrating to another host or keeping an offline copy before major changes.
