Domains & SSL

Adding a Domain

Add your domain in site settings and update your DNS A record. Propagation typically takes 5-30 minutes.

Free SSL Certificates

SSL certificates are automatically issued via Let's Encrypt once your domain points to our servers.

Forcing HTTPS

HTTPS is enforced by default. All HTTP requests are automatically redirected to HTTPS.

Backups & Restore

Automatic Backups

Daily automated backups of your files and database are retained for 7 days (varies by plan).

Manual Backups

Create on-demand backups anytime from your dashboard before making major changes.

One-Click Restore

Restore your site to any available backup point with a single click. Restores typically complete in minutes.

Staging Environment

Creating a Staging Site

Clone your production site to a staging environment to test changes safely.

Pushing to Production

Once satisfied with your changes, push staging to production with one click.

Staging URL

Each staging site gets a unique subdomain for testing before going live.

Database Management

phpMyAdmin Access

Access phpMyAdmin directly from your dashboard to manage your MySQL database.

Database Credentials

Find your database host, name, username, and password in your site's settings panel.

Remote Database Access

Remote MySQL connections are disabled by default for security. Contact support if needed.

File Manager & SFTP

Web File Manager

Browse, upload, edit, and manage files directly in your browser with our built-in file manager.

SFTP Access

Connect via SFTP using the credentials in your site settings. We recommend FileZilla or Cyberduck.

Web Terminal

Access a web-based terminal from your dashboard for command-line operations.

Security

Isolated Containers

Each site runs in its own Docker container, completely isolated from other sites.

Firewall Protection

Server-level firewall rules protect against common attacks and malicious traffic.

Malware Scanning

Regular malware scans help detect and alert you to any security issues.

Storage & Resources

NVMe SSD Storage

All plans include fast NVMe SSD storage for optimal performance.

Bandwidth

Bandwidth is generous on all plans. Check your plan details for specific limits.

Resource Monitoring

Monitor your CPU, RAM, and storage usage from your site dashboard.
