Eligibility

Our 14-day refund guarantee applies to:

  • All new hosting plan purchases
  • Plan upgrades (refund applies to the upgrade amount)

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain registrations: Domain names are registered with third-party registrars and cannot be refunded once processed.
  • Domain renewals and transfers: These involve costs paid to registrars that cannot be recovered.
  • Add-on services: One-time services such as migrations, setup assistance, or custom development work already completed.
  • Requests after 14 days: Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period has expired.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  2. Or submit a support ticket through your dashboard
  3. Include your account email and reason for the refund (optional)

Our team will process your refund request within 2-3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and should appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours.
  • Other methods: Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.

Account Cancellation

Upon refund approval, your hosting account will be cancelled and all associated data will be scheduled for deletion. We recommend downloading any backups or data you wish to keep before requesting a refund.

After cancellation, your data will be retained for 7 days before permanent deletion, giving you a final opportunity to retrieve any important files.
