NeuroPitch™ settings and offer management.

NeuroPitch™ settings and offer management.

NeuroPitch™ helps you increase conversions by displaying contextual offers triggered by user behaviour.

Instead of static popups, NeuroPitch™ reacts to:

  • Time on page
  • Scroll depth
  • Exit intent
  • User intent (cold, warm, hot)
  • Page context

You define your offers. NeuroPitch™ decides when to show them.

The WordPress.org plugin runs fully locally and does not require an external account or external service.

NeuroPitch™ is a product developed and maintained by WEB iDEA.

How it works

  1. Create one or more offers.
  2. Define audience signals such as intent and returning visitors.
  3. Define page context and optional exclusions.
  4. NeuroPitch™ evaluates active offers and selects the best match for the current visitor session.

Minimal setup, zero ongoing maintenance.

Features

  • Behaviour-based triggers: idle pause, scroll depth, and exit intent
  • Weighted scoring engine for offer selection
  • Intent-based targeting: cold / warm / hot
  • Page targeting and exclude pages
  • Returning visitor detection using local browser signals
  • Frequency capping to avoid excessive offer display
  • SPA compatible: re-arms on pushState / popState navigation
  • Debug mode: add ?np_debug=1 to inspect score and matched signals
  • Local statistics: shown events, clicks, and CTR per offer
  • REST API tracking endpoint with nonce verification and rate limiting
  • Caching-plugin compatibility for Autoptimize, WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, and W3 Total Cache

Cloud Services (Optional)

NeuroPitch™ may optionally connect to external cloud services hosted at neuropitch.it to provide advanced server-side capabilities such as:

  • Cross-session visitor insights
  • Hosted analytics and aggregated reports
  • Performance breakdowns across campaigns and sites
  • AI-assisted recommendations
  • Experiment reporting and optimisation insights

These services are optional and are not required for the plugin to function.

Privacy

By default, NeuroPitch™ does not send visitor data to external servers.

When the plugin is active, it may store local offer interaction statistics in the site’s own WordPress database, including offer views, clicks, page URL, traffic source, device type, intent level, and score. This data is used to calculate local offer statistics.

The plugin also uses browser storage such as sessionStorage and localStorage for frequency capping, in-session behaviour, and basic return-visit signals.

The WordPress.org plugin does not create user accounts, does not require an external account, and does not transmit personal data to neuropitch.it by default.

Site owners are responsible for disclosing behavioural features and local analytics in their own privacy policy where required.
