WRN Store Monitor Lite

WRN Store Monitor Lite helps detect WooCommerce operational issues out of the box. It runs a health scan of your store — failed orders, stuck orders, payment failure patterns, checkout configuration, inventory, and environment — and surfaces what needs attention on one dashboard.
How it works
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to WooCommerce Store Monitor.
- Click Run Scan Now to get your first health report.
- Come back anytime, or enable automatic scans and email alerts in Settings.
Key features
- Helps detect failed orders, with 24-hour and 7-day counts
- Surfaces stuck orders (pending, on-hold, or processing longer than your thresholds)
- Helps identify payment failure patterns broken down by gateway
- Monitors basic checkout configuration — HTTPS, enabled gateways, and order-received page reachability
- Alerts when an enabled payment gateway is still in test/sandbox mode — a common mistake that means real customers are not being charged
- Surfaces refund activity over the last 30 days, with a refund rate, so spikes are easy to catch
- Surfaces stock and inventory issues (out-of-stock, low-stock, no price set, and missing SKU products)
- Reports environment diagnostics (PHP/WordPress/WooCommerce versions, memory limits, SSL certificate expiry)
- Reports HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) compatibility status
- Checks email deliverability configuration (SMTP plugin detection, sender address/name issues, disabled order notifications)
- Reports Action Scheduler and WP-Cron health
- Store health score (0–100) with a 30-day trend
- Logs operational events with timestamps — no customer personal data is stored
- Sends email alerts when a monitor first reaches Critical
- CSV and JSON export of scan results
- No license key required
- HPOS compatible
No external API calls except two self-checks of your own site — an SSL certificate expiry check and an order-received page reachability check, both of which connect only to your own store’s domain. See the Installation section for details. No data is ever sent to WebReadyNow or any third party.
