External services

This plugin relies on the following external services. Each one is listed with when it is
contacted, what is sent, and the provider’s legal terms.

1. Google Sheets API and Google Drive API (required)

This is the core function of the plugin: it stores your Elementor form entries in your own
Google Spreadsheet. The plugin connects to accounts.google.com, oauth2.googleapis.com,
sheets.googleapis.com and www.googleapis.com.

When it is contacted:

• When you authorize the plugin against your Google account.
• When you browse your spreadsheets and sheet tabs in the plugin settings, the setup wizard,
  or the WPSyncSheets panel inside the Elementor editor.
• Every time a visitor submits an Elementor Pro form that you have connected to a sheet.
• Periodically, to refresh an expired access token.

What is sent: your Google OAuth access and refresh tokens; the spreadsheet ID and sheet name
you selected; and the values of the form fields you mapped, which are written as a new row.
The plugin also reads the list of spreadsheets in your Google Drive so you can pick one, and
requests your Google account email address from https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v2/userinfo
so the settings screen can show which account is connected.

2. WPSyncSheets connection service (only when using One-Click connect)

If you connect with the One-Click option, the OAuth handshake with Google is brokered by
https://api.wpsyncsheets.com/server-relay/ so that you do not have to create your own Google
Cloud project. This service is not contacted if you instead enter your own Google Client ID
and Client Secret in the Google Sheets API settings; in that case your site talks to Google
directly and no data reaches WPSyncSheets.

When it is contacted, and what is sent:

• Starting a connection: your site URL, your home URL, a randomly generated installation ID,
  the plugin identifier and the plugin version.
• Completing a connection: the installation ID, the plugin identifier and the one-time Google
  authorization code, which is exchanged for your access and refresh tokens.
• Refreshing an expired token: the installation ID, the plugin identifier and your Google
  refresh token.
• Disconnecting: the installation ID and the plugin identifier.

3. WPSyncSheets feedback service (optional)

When you deactivate the plugin, an optional feedback form is offered. It is contacted only if
you fill that form in and click “Submit and Deactivate”; choosing “Skip and Deactivate” or
closing the dialog sends nothing.

What is sent: the deactivation reason you selected, the message you typed, your site’s
administrator email address, your site domain, and the plugin name, slug, type and version.
The request goes to https://feedback.wpsyncsheets.com/.

4. WordPress.org plugin API (optional)

The plugin dashboard offers one-click installation of other WPSyncSheets plugins. If you click
one of those buttons, the plugin package is downloaded from https://downloads.wordpress.org/.
Nothing is sent beyond the standard request WordPress itself makes when installing a plugin.
