Wexlab Client Review

Wexlab Client Review creates a simple client-to-developer review workflow directly on your live WordPress pages — no client login, no extra software, no email back-and-forth needed to explain where a change should go.

For the developer

1. Go to Client Review > Add Review in the WordPress admin.
2. Enter the client’s name, email, and the page URL to review.
3. The plugin emails the client a secure review link automatically.
4. See the client’s comments, their exact position on the page, and their status right in your WordPress dashboard.
5. Mark each item In Progress or Ready for Review as you complete it, then request another client review.

For the client

1. Open the secure review link from the email — no WordPress account required.
2. Browse the real, live page exactly as a visitor would see it.
3. Click “Add Comment” and leave a note pinned to the exact spot on the page.
4. Submit the changes for the developer to work on.
5. Once items are marked ready, approve each one individually or request further changes.

Free vs Pro

The free version included here supports up to 20 comments per review cycle, one review at a time, and core approve/request-changes functionality. A separate Pro version, sold on our website, adds unlimited comments, a login-free client portal, white-label branding, custom email templates, activity history, and CSV export. The free version is fully functional on its own and does not require the Pro version to work.

Privacy

Review data (client name, email, page URL, comments) is stored only in the site’s own WordPress database. The plugin does not send review data to any external service.
