Web-Stat is a website analytics and visitor tracking service for WordPress. See visits as they happen: recent visitors, their entrance pages, where they came from and whether they have visited before. Explore traffic with live reports, referrer statistics and a visitor map. Plus adds navigation and click-path reports.
Install and activate the plugin to set up tracking. Open Web-Stat from your WordPress admin menu to view your stats. You can also access your reports on the Web-Stat website. Explore the live demo.
What you can see
- Live visitors: See recent visits as they arrive, including entrance pages, referrers, device details and approximate location.
- Traffic sources: Find visits from search engines, social media, other websites and direct traffic.
- Returning visitors: See which visitors have been to your site before.
- Navigation and click-paths (Plus): Follow the pages visitors view within your site and analyze their journeys.
- Website statistics: Review visits over time, entrance pages, referrers and visitor locations.
- Advanced reporting: Paid plans add longer history, deeper engagement reports, conversions, custom events and downtime monitoring, depending on the plan.
Free and paid plans
The free plan includes up to 5,000 page views per month, the latest 50 visits and one month of report history. If your site reaches its monthly page-view limit, tracking pauses until the next month or until you increase capacity.
Paid plans increase capacity and add features:
- Basic: $4.95/month or $49.50/year; up to 10,000 page views per month and six months of report history.
- Plus: $9.95/month or $99.50/year; up to 100,000 page views per month and 12 months of history, with navigation and click-path reports, time-on-site and bounce rates.
- Pro: $19.95/month or $199.50/year; up to 300,000 page views per month and 24 months of history, with conversions, custom events and downtime monitoring.
- Max: $49.95/month or $499.50/year; up to 500,000 page views per month and 60 months of history.

Hosted analytics and privacy
Web-Stat is a hosted analytics service provided by Web Tracking Services, LLC. The plugin connects your WordPress site to Web-Stat; analytics data is processed on Web-Stat’s servers, not stored solely in your WordPress database. A Web-Stat account is required and is set up when you install the plugin.
The tracking code sends visit information to Web-Stat, including page URLs, referrers, IP addresses and browser/device details. Location is estimated from IP addresses. Optional features can collect information about signed-in users when enabled. Site owners should describe their use of analytics in their site’s privacy notice and configure tracking for their visitors as appropriate. Read the Web-Stat privacy policy and service terms.
