WABuzz sends WordPress and WooCommerce notifications via WhatsApp using templates and placeholders. It includes user opt-in, WhatsApp number management, sending logs, broadcasts, and 2FA via OTP on WhatsApp. Requires WooCommerce 10.2.1+ when used with WooCommerce.

This plugin connects to the WABuzz API service to send WhatsApp messages.

Service Details:
– Service: WABuzz WhatsApp API (https://wabuzz.tublat.com)
– Purpose: Send WhatsApp messages to users for notifications, 2FA codes, broadcasts, and order updates
– Data Sent: Phone numbers, message content, and optional file URLs are transmitted when sending WhatsApp messages
– When: Data is sent when WordPress/WooCommerce events trigger notifications, when users enable 2FA, during broadcast campaigns, or when test messages are sent

Usage

Settings: “WABuzz” page for configuration and testing sending.
Templates: “Templates” submenu to create/edit templates with placeholders.
Logs: “Logs” submenu for sending history (status, HTTP, response).
Broadcast: “WhatsApp Broadcast” page for bulk sending with language and optional attachment.
User profile: WhatsApp number field and opt-in.
WooCommerce: Opt-in field in “My Account” and OTP on checkout/login if enabled.

Placeholders available

Examples: {user_name}, {site_name}, {order_id}, {order_total}. Placeholders are automatically replaced in templates.
