Entry Manager for WPForms saves every WPForms submission to a database table on your own site, then gives you a proper admin screen to search, filter, view and export them. WPForms Lite is an excellent form builder, but it does not store entries at all – once a notification email is lost, the submission is gone. This plugin fills that gap.

This data is stored locally on your server and is not sent to any external services.
The plugin registers with WordPress’ privacy tools, so stored entries are included when you handle a personal data export or erasure request from Tools > Export Personal Data and Tools > Erase Personal Data.
You can limit what is collected and how long it is kept under Form Entries > Settings.
