How to Get Started

1. Prepare short vertical videos (recommended format: 9×16 ratio). Upload them to YouTube.
2. Sign up on the Videoness App (https://app.videoness.com). Choose a subscription plan (7 days free trial included).
3. Add your website on the Videoness dashboard.
4. Copy your unique integration code from the Videoness dashboard.
5. Go to your WordPress admin area → Settings → Videoness Integration.
6. Paste the Videoness integration code and click “Save.”
7. Return to Videoness dashboard:
   • Add a video widget
   • Set target pages (where it should display on your WP site)
   • Choose a key video to display first
   • Add more videos, pairing each with questions/subjects your customers frequently ask (FAQ videos)
8. That’s it!
   • AI Chat and AI Lead Collection are built-in and enabled automatically (as long as you have an active subscription and enough interaction balance).
