- WooCommerce must be installed and activated. Install it first if you do not have it.
- Video files must be in a WordPress-supported format. MP4 and MOV work best.
- The plugin works with the default WooCommerce templates. We add extra support for known themes. If your theme breaks, contact support and we will check if we can make it compatible.
