This plugin enables seamless integration of the TrimTailor appointment widget on your WordPress website.

Simply enter your Company ID and the plugin automatically loads the TrimTailor widget script on every public page of your site. Visitors can then book, modify, or cancel appointments through the TrimTailor widget.

Your Company ID can be found inside TrimTailor under /settings/widget.

All widget styling, services and appointment options are managed directly inside your TrimTailor account. This plugin only handles loading the widget on your WordPress site.

External services

This plugin relies on the external TrimTailor service to provide the appointment booking widget.

What service is used and why?

The plugin loads an external script from the TrimTailor widget service:

This script is required to display the online appointment booking widget on your website and to connect it with your TrimTailor account.

What data is sent and when?

When the widget script is loaded, the following information is sent to TrimTailor:

  • Your TrimTailor Company ID (configured in the plugin settings).
  • Standard technical information sent by the visitor’s browser when loading external resources (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and the URL of the page where the widget is embedded).

When a visitor uses the widget to book, modify, or cancel an appointment, the following additional data may be sent to TrimTailor (depending on how your TrimTailor account is configured):

  • Contact details such as name, email address, and phone number.
  • Appointment details such as selected service(s), staff member, date and time.
  • Optional information related to the pet/grooming service (for example: pet name, breed, notes), as configured in your TrimTailor account.

All processing of this data is performed by TrimTailor and requires an active TrimTailor subscription.
