MediaFix dashboard with media health, recommended actions, Quick Optimize, and server support.
Make your WordPress images faster, cleaner, and more SEO-friendly without depending on an external image-processing service.
ToolFlexy MediaFix gives bloggers, publishers, WooCommerce stores, agencies, and content creators one organized dashboard for image optimization, missing ALT text, WebP/AVIF conversion, duplicate detection, and conservative media cleanup.
Stop opening every image and writing ALT text manually. MediaFix audits your Media Library, finds images with missing ALT attributes, and creates relevant suggestions from the content already available on your website.
Depending on the image and your selected settings, suggestions can use:
MediaFix recognizes focus-keyword metadata from Yoast SEO, Rank Math, SEOPress, and common AIOSEO configurations. Preview suggestions before applying them, update missing ALT text individually or in batches, preserve existing ALT text, skip decorative images, and roll back recent changes.
Compress new uploads automatically or optimize existing JPG and PNG images through a controlled queue. Choose image quality and maximum dimensions, review an image before starting a bulk operation, keep original backups, and see the space saved for each image.
Create modern WebP and AVIF versions of JPG and PNG images directly on your WordPress server when the installed GD or Imagick library supports them.
MediaFix can deliver a modern format through a responsive picture element while keeping the original image as a fallback. No external cloud account, API key, monthly quota, or per-image processing allowance is required for local image processing.
Find exact duplicate files using file hashes and review potentially unused media without immediately deleting anything. MediaFix checks common references, featured images, content, page-builder data, product galleries, custom fields, and site-branding images.
Cleanup remains review-first: attachments are moved to WordPress Trash only after an authorized user confirms the action. MediaFix never permanently deletes cleanup candidates automatically.
See media health, optimization progress, format distribution, storage savings, missing ALT text, recommended actions, recent activity, scheduled tasks, and server capabilities from one dashboard.
The plugin includes an optional, disabled-by-default connection. Nothing is sent unless an administrator explicitly selects “Share installation data” and connects the site.
When enabled, ToolFlexy receives the site URL, site title, WordPress/PHP versions, MediaFix version, locale, and connection status. The administrator email is sent only when the separate marketing checkbox is selected. Users can disconnect and request deletion from MediaFix > ToolFlexy Connect.

Make a full backup and test on a staging site before bulk optimization or cleanup. A scanner cannot guarantee that dynamically referenced media is unused.
