Guest Guide Manager lets vacation rental hosts, holiday home owners and property managers create a dedicated digital guest guide for each property directly in WordPress.

Guests open the public Guest App on their phone using a dedicated URL or QR code. They can quickly find arrival instructions, check-in and check-out details, Wi-Fi information, house rules, access information, parking, contact details, local recommendations and other property information.

The public Guest App uses its own mobile-first layout and is rendered on a dedicated guest-guide URL. It does not replace normal WordPress pages or the active theme frontend.

How it works

Create a guest guide in the WordPress admin, enter the information for the property and publish it. Guest Guide Manager creates a dedicated public Guest App for that property.

Share the Guest App URL directly or generate a QR code that guests can scan with their phone. The guest interface is designed for mobile use and keeps important information easy to find during arrival and throughout the stay.

External Services

Guest Guide Manager does not send guest guide content to a third-party service.

The plugin may display links entered by the site administrator, such as map, WhatsApp or review links. Those external services are opened only when a visitor chooses to follow a link. Guest Guide Manager does not automatically transmit guest guide content to those services.

Third-Party Code

The included QR encoder is based on Kazuhiko Arase’s QRCode for JavaScript and is distributed under the MIT License. The included code and license notice are located in assets/js/qr/.

Guest Guide Manager stores guest guide content as WordPress post data and metadata on the site. It does not create remote guest accounts or transmit guest guide content to an external service.

Guest guides may contain information entered by the site administrator, including contact details, property addresses, access instructions and external links. Site owners are responsible for the privacy information and lawful use of the information they publish.
