The WordPress Media Library is a single flat pile. Once you have a few hundred images it becomes hard to find anything, hard to see what’s bloating your site, and impossible to organise. Tieraxo Asset Booster turns that flat pile into a workspace: folders to organise it, quick filters to find things fast, tools to fix common problems in bulk, and analytics to see what’s actually in there — all inside the Media Library you already use.

Nothing to shortcode and nothing to rebuild: activate it and the Media Library simply gains folders, filters and a toolbar. Your images are never moved or altered by organising them — folders are a labelling layer on top of your existing library.

Organise with folders

Group your media into folders — with sub-folders, ten colour tags, private notes, and drag-and-drop filing straight from the grid.
Folders work in both the grid and the list (table) view, with a folder column and one-click filtering. The URL updates, so a filtered view is bookmarkable.
An image can live in more than one folder at once, and organising never touches the files themselves.

Find things fast

Quick Filters on the Media Library bar: a cascading type sub-type chooser (Images JPG/PNG/WebP…), a recent-date range, attached vs unattached, and condition flags for legacy formats, oversized images and missing alt text.
Filters apply to your whole library, not just the tiles currently loaded, in grid and list view alike.

See what’s in your library

File Analytics — a media overview with a type-breakdown chart and at-a-glance counts, plus reports for missing alt text, large files, format usage, metadata weight and library health.
A Formats inventory grouping every common image, document, video, audio and archive type by status (Modern / Legacy / Vector / Supported), with a recommended conversion for legacy formats.
Export any report to CSV.

Fix problems in bulk

Fixers — one tab per job: bulk Alt Text and Caption / Description editors that auto-save as you type, a bulk Filename / Title editor, Regenerate Thumbnails (rebuild missing sizes, add a new width, in safe batches), and Media URLs (make links domain-independent so moving to your live domain can’t break them).
Swap & Relink — replace a file in place keeping the same web address, rename a file (and all its thumbnail sizes) and rewrite every reference to it, or swap in a different image straight from your library — every place the old one appeared (content, featured images, Elementor, WooCommerce galleries, widgets) is repointed to the new one. A dry-run shows exactly what will change before you confirm, and the old image stays in your library.
Works with RobArt Image Guard — protect an image with Image Guard, then swap your existing unprotected image for the protected version in place, with no delete/re-upload/re-protect cycle. The protected image’s secure delivery and right-click protection carry across the swap.

Free and Pro

Tieraxo Asset Booster is free and fully useful on its own. An optional Pro upgrade adds heavier tools: Unused Media cleanup, Metadata slimmer (strip EXIF/GPS/IPTC/XMP), the bulk Optimiser (convert to WebP and compress), Smart Search by dimension, Dominant Colour filtering, advanced multi-axis filters, Upload Triage (review each upload before it lands), and more. The free version is never crippled to push the upgrade — Pro simply adds extra tools.

External services

Tieraxo Asset Booster does all of its work on your own site and server. It makes no automatic network requests during normal use, and sends no analytics or tracking data anywhere.

It contacts one external service, and only when you actively ask it to:

robsnow.eu (Tieraxo licence & Pro download API) — if you choose to upgrade and enter a Tieraxo Asset Booster Pro licence key, the plugin sends that licence key, your site URL, and the plugin slug to https://robsnow.eu/ to validate the key and download the Pro package. This happens only when you click to activate a licence — never on a normal page load, and never for users who do not upgrade. The service is operated by Rob Art. No other external services are contacted.

Uninstall

Tieraxo Asset Booster preserves your data by default. Deactivating the plugin keeps everything, and even deleting it keeps your settings and folders — so reinstalling picks up exactly where you left off.

If you turn on “Remove all data on uninstall” in Settings before deleting the plugin, uninstalling removes everything it stored:

Its settings, licence record, install date, review-prompt state and database-version marker (stored as options).
Its cached values (transients).
Its folder structure — the folder taxonomy terms and their assignments.

Your media files are never touched either way — removing the plugin’s folders only removes the labelling layer, not the images. It writes nothing outside your own site.
