SPMedia Age Verification
SPMedia Age Verification adds a full-screen age-gate popup to your WooCommerce store. On the visitor’s first session the popup asks “Are you {age}?” — a single Yes/No choice that prevents underage users from accessing age-restricted content (alcohol, tobacco, adult products, etc.). The minimum age, the deny-redirect URL, all on-screen texts, your logo, and the popup colours are all configurable from the WordPress admin panel — no coding required.
Upgrade to Pro to go further: instead of a simple Yes/No the visitor enters their full date of birth, and the plugin computes their age against the configured threshold before granting access. Pro also remembers consent persistently via a cookie (configurable duration, default 30 days) so returning visitors are not interrupted, bypasses the gate for search-engine crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot, etc.) so your pages stay indexable, and lets you scope the gate to specific WooCommerce categories or individual products rather than the whole site.
Defaults to English, ships with a Polish translation, and is fully compatible with WooCommerce. Pro is unlocked with an SP-Media license.
