ReviewCourier for WooCommerce helps you invite customers to leave a review after an eligible WooCommerce order is completed. It uses your store’s existing WooCommerce and WordPress email delivery and a merchant-supplied Custom URL review destination.

Automatic requests are sent 14 days after an eligible Completed order. Automation is off by default, and enabling it affects future Completed orders only: ReviewCourier does not backfill historical orders. You can customise, preview and test the review-request email, review request history and status information, and use Manual Send where the current order remains eligible.

ReviewCourier rechecks current order safety before sending. Cancelled and fully refunded orders are not sent review requests; a partial refund alone does not necessarily prevent a request. Customers can use the signed Stop review requests flow, and ReviewCourier integrates with WordPress privacy tools and bounded retention controls.

ReviewCourier is a standalone Free plugin. It has no telemetry, no ReviewCourier account requirement and no external ReviewCourier service dependency. Customer email is sent through your existing WooCommerce/WordPress mail path, and review links lead only to the destination you configure.

Privacy

ReviewCourier processes the WooCommerce order and customer information needed to send review requests. It keeps ReviewCourier request/history data linked to WooCommerce order IDs and uses a keyed recipient representation where applicable. A deliberate signed opt-out stores a minimal keyed suppression identifier for ReviewCourier requests only; it does not change WooCommerce customer/order data, transactional mail or unrelated preferences.

The plugin registers WordPress privacy-policy guidance, a bounded exporter and a bounded eraser. Erasure does not create an opt-out; an earlier legitimate opt-out may be retained and explained so that preference can continue to be honoured. Preview and test modes contain no live opt-out URL or customer action.

ReviewCourier does not use telemetry and does not send merchant or customer data to Araglen. It does not require a ReviewCourier cloud account or service. Email is sent through the site’s existing WooCommerce/WordPress mail path, while customers are sent only to the merchant-configured Custom URL. ReviewCourier places destination links in email but does not fetch them.

When the delete-data-on-uninstall option remains at its default no, ReviewCourier data is preserved on uninstall. When explicitly set to yes, ReviewCourier-owned tables and options are removed. Exact minimal order guards are removed through WooCommerce CRUD where available in bounded best-effort batches; remaining non-PII guards are safer than direct order-table access or an uninstall timeout.
