Ways to Add Store Credit

There are several ways for customers to build up their wallet balance, including:

Spending Store Credit

Customers can spend their wallet balance and vouchers via the Credit Redemption Tool at the cart and checkout (and the compact widget in the cart totals):

• Apply their account balance, in full or as a custom partial amount
• Choose and apply one or more credit vouchers
• Claim a voucher by entering its code
• Combine an account balance and a voucher on the same order (if enabled)

Redemption respects any minimum amount and maximum order-coverage limits you set.

Credit Vouchers

Credit vouchers are stored as standard WooCommerce coupons, so you can manage them from WooCommerce → Marketing → Coupons. Set a code prefix for auto-generated vouchers and configure a template coupon whose restrictions are copied to every new voucher. Vouchers support partial redemption, so a customer can spend part of a voucher’s value and keep the rest for a future order.
