Product Revisions for WooCommerce keeps a complete, automatic history of your product changes and answers three questions no store owner should have to guess about:
- What changed? A clear, human-readable comparison of every version: prices, descriptions, stock settings, images, attributes, variations and more.
- Who changed it, when, and from where? Every version records the author and the source of the change — the product editor, quick edit, bulk edit, the REST API, WP-CLI, an import, or another plugin.
- How do I get back to the previous state? Compare any version with the current state to see exactly what would change. Restoring a version is provided by the separate Pro add-on.
Safe by design
- A plugin error can never block saving your products — tracking fails safe and steps aside.
- History is never rewritten: every change is a new version, and the versions written before it stay untouched.
- Stock movements caused by orders are recorded separately from editorial changes, so your history is not flooded by sales.
