This plugin connects to the PopCash.net API to create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf.

What data is sent and when:
* Your PopCash API key is sent with every API request for authentication
* When you publish a new article, the plugin sends campaign data including: article URL, title, targeting preferences (countries, devices, operating systems, browsers, languages), budget settings, and scheduling preferences
* The plugin retrieves targeting options (available countries, devices, OS, etc.) from the API to populate dropdown menus in settings
