Pan-KI-Redaktor generates text suggestions for WordPress posts and pages using AI, right inside the familiar post/page editor. It uses the WordPress-native AI Client (built into WordPress core since version 7.0) instead of its own, separate API integration — meaning it works with whichever AI provider you have already connected under Settings Connectors, with no plugin-specific API key to manage.

How it works

A box appears in the editor sidebar of every post and page. Enter a few keywords describing what the text should cover, choose a tone and length, and click “Generate suggestion”. The suggestion appears in an editable preview — nothing is written to your post until you click “Apply”.

External services

This plugin uses the WordPress-native AI Client (wp_ai_client_prompt(), built into WordPress core since version 7.0) to generate text suggestions. This plugin does not connect to any third-party AI service directly, does not manage any API key itself, and does not send any data automatically or in the background — a request is only made when you actively click “Generate suggestion” in the editor.

The actual third-party AI provider used depends entirely on what you (or your site administrator) have configured under Settings Connectors in WordPress itself — this plugin has no control over and no visibility into which provider that is. When you generate a suggestion, the post/page title, category, tags, and the keywords you typed are sent to that configured provider via the WordPress AI Client. Please refer to the documentation of the specific AI provider connector plugin(s) you have installed (for example an OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic connector) for that provider’s own data handling, terms of service, and privacy policy.
