nitromule for WooCommerce

0/5 (0 ratings) — active installs Updated Aug 20, 2026

nitromule for WooCommerce connects your store to nitromule, a shipping and fulfillment service.

This plugin is a connector (serviceware). A free WordPress.org install of the plugin does not include shipping labels by itself — you need a nitromule account to sync orders, buy labels, sync inventory, and use Checkout Rates. Account terms: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • nitromule pulls physical orders in the WooCommerce statuses you select (sync runs from nitromule servers).
  • Customer details, requested service, payment method, coupons, fees, notes, product weights, images, options, dimensions, refunds, and warehouse locations are included.
  • Gift status and message can be collected in classic or block checkout and imported into nitromule.
  • After labels are created, nitromule posts carrier, service, carrier fee, tracking numbers, item information, customer notes, and shipped status back to WooCommerce.
  • Partial shipments only mark the order shipped when remaining shippable quantity is covered.
  • Tracking is also written in the format used by the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking extension (customer notes are suppressed when that plugin is active to avoid duplicate emails).
  • Optional two-way product inventory synchronization for products linked from WooCommerce.
  • Optional live Checkout Rates show nitromule carrier services at WooCommerce checkout (United States stores), with stale-rate fallback if a live shop fails.
  • Connection health, diagnostics, last access, credential rotation, and credential revocation are available in settings.
  • HPOS is supported.

External services

This plugin relies on the nitromule shipping and fulfillment service at https://nitromule.com.

When data is sent

  • After you generate credentials in WooCommerce and paste them into nitromule Settings Stores, nitromule’s servers call your store’s REST API over HTTPS to import orders, push shipment/tracking updates, optionally sync inventory, and optionally push Checkout Rates configuration.
  • When Checkout Rates is enabled for a United States store and a customer requests shipping rates at checkout, your WordPress site calls nitromule over HTTPS to obtain live carrier rates (and may call a related warmup endpoint on the same host).

What data may be transmitted

  • Order and customer shipping/billing fields, line items, weights/dimensions, notes, gift flags, coupons/fees, tracking numbers, and inventory quantities for linked products — only as needed for fulfillment, rates, and sync.
  • No analytics or advertising trackers are loaded by this plugin.

Account requirement

  • A nitromule account is required for sync, labels, inventory, and Checkout Rates. Generating API keys alone does not send order data until the store is connected in nitromule.

Service policies

Privacy

When you connect this plugin to nitromule, order, customer, product, and shipping data needed for fulfillment and rates may be transmitted to nitromule over HTTPS under the policies linked above. The plugin also suggests privacy policy text for your site via WordPress’s privacy tools.

Optional debug logging (off by default) may record operational details; delete those logs when finished.
