Konformia Shop-Prüfung

This plugin sends this shop’s address to konformia.at on request and then
shows the numbers from the free initial report: possible gaps, notes,
matching points, and points that could not be checked, plus a link to the
full report in a new tab.

Checked topics:

• Impressum: mandatory disclosures for Austria/Germany, plus VAT ID and e-mail
• Datenschutzerklärung, AGB and Widerrufsrecht/Rücktrittsrecht (the FAGG/BGB
  right of withdrawal), compared against what the shop actually loads
• Trackers that fire before the cookie-banner is confirmed, and whether the
  “reject” button actually works
• Server location of loaded services, and tracker subdomains cloaked behind
  the shop’s own hostname (CNAME cloaking)
• Grundpreis, shipping cost and delivery time on product pages
• Payment providers shown only in the cart or checkout
• Wording of the order button and, where it applies, the withdrawal button
• Pre-ticked consent checkboxes, and outdated legal references still cited
  in the texts (for example an expired framework)
• Whether the legal texts read like a template copied from the other
  country’s law
• Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA under BaFG/BFSG) and dark patterns (countdowns,
  pre-ticked add-ons, costs added late) on homepage, product page and
  checkout: the finding, count and legal basis are free; the page-by-page
  detail needs a Watchdog or Agentur subscription at konformia.at

The plugin does not label anything a violation, and it is not legal
advice. It writes nothing to the shop, does not suggest wording, and does
not store credentials. Ownership is proven only through a randomly
generated secret that is served over a publicly readable route of this
shop and matched by konformia.at itself.

Which of the above actually run depends on the chosen country: a few checks
apply only in Austria or only in Germany, since the underlying law differs.

Usage: under Tools -> Shop prüfen, choose the country and click “Shop
jetzt prüfen”. The plugin then polls konformia.at for progress and shows
the numbers plus the link to the full report.

The plugin’s own screens are in German, since the service is built for
shop owners in Austria and Germany.

External services

This plugin connects to the external service konformia.at to check this
shop for possible gaps in legally required texts.

What is sent: this shop’s hostname, the chosen country (Austria or
Germany), and a randomly generated secret that only proves this plugin
is running on this shop. No customer data, orders, or shop content is
transmitted.

When: only when “Shop jetzt prüfen” is actively clicked in wp-admin, and
afterward while the result is being polled.

What for: konformia.at then checks the shop’s publicly visible legal
texts (for example imprint, right of withdrawal, privacy policy) and
returns numbers plus a link to the full report.
