Kogility Bookkeeping for WooCommerce turns your store’s orders into the numbers your accountant asks for: revenue, refunds, sales tax by jurisdiction, shipping, overheads and profit.

Features

Cost of Goods reporting is a separate paid product

Cost of Goods reporting is not included in this plugin. It ships in Kogility Bookkeeping Pro, a separately distributed plugin that is not hosted here. This free plugin contains none of that code: it records no per-order unit costs, reports no COGS column, shows no COGS KPI, and its Net Profit figure is revenue less shipping, gateway fees and overheads.

Kogility Bookkeeping Pro adds the cost of goods engine: per-order cost snapshots taken at the time of sale, a COGS report column and KPI card, cost-aware Net Profit and Margin, an editable cost column on the WooCommerce order screen, WooCommerce Cost of Goods Sold interoperability, bulk invoice download and expenses CSV export.

No store or customer data ever leaves your site.

Source & build

This plugin’s own JavaScript and CSS ship unminified in the plugin folder (assets/js/admin.js, assets/css/admin.css). There is no build step for those files.

Where your data is stored

Expense receipts are stored in wp-content/uploads/kbfw-receipts/, which is protected from direct web access and served only to logged-in users with the manage_woocommerce capability.
