Hourvia is a WordPress timesheet plugin for small teams, tradespeople and businesses that want employees to enter weekly working hours directly on their WordPress site.

Employees use a front-end interface designed for desktop and mobile devices. Each morning and afternoon period can be linked to a job site and a vehicle, and extra interventions can be added when a day includes multiple locations or assignments.

Managers can review submitted timesheets, approve them, request corrections, unlock them when necessary and export records to CSV.

Hourvia Free works without an external service. Timesheet data stays in the site’s WordPress database.

The employee-facing timesheet portal defaults to French so existing French installations keep the same experience after updating. In the Hourvia settings screen, an authorized manager can choose French, English, or the WordPress site language for employee forms. When “site language” is selected, French WordPress locales use French and other locales currently fall back to English.

Hourvia stores the information required for timesheets in the WordPress database, including working hours, job sites, vehicles, statuses and associated WordPress users.

Hourvia Free does not send this information to a third-party service.

The site administrator remains responsible for informing users, defining appropriate retention periods and complying with the rules that apply to their organization.
