GoUltra for WooCommerce

GoUltra for WooCommerce brings WhatsApp into your WooCommerce store, managed entirely from WordPress. Compose and send opt-in WhatsApp marketing campaigns to the shoppers who chose to hear from you, and automatically send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and consent-based abandoned-cart reminders, all through the WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta. A free WhatsApp chat button also lets visitors message your store in one tap, with no GoUltra account required.

Build approved message templates in 20+ languages, preview each one exactly as it will look on WhatsApp, and run opt-in marketing campaigns, all without leaving your WordPress dashboard. Order and shipping updates are transactional and go out automatically for the WooCommerce statuses you choose. Marketing and abandoned-cart messages are sent only to customers who explicitly opt in at checkout, and you can search, export or unsubscribe your audience at any time.

Languages

The plugin interface follows the WordPress site language and is available in English, Hebrew, Arabic, Spanish and French. Hebrew and Arabic include right-to-left layouts. The template builder includes starter content in 20+ languages.

External services

This plugin relies on GoUltra, a third-party service, to deliver messages. Nothing is transmitted until an administrator enters a GoUltra API key on the settings screen. All requests go to https://go.goultra.ai/api.

What is sent, and when:

• Connecting the store (when you click Connect): your API key, site URL, and the plugin, WordPress and WooCommerce versions.
• Order and shipping notifications (only for the WooCommerce statuses you enable): customer first and last name, phone number, email address, order number, order total, currency, item summary, product image URL, order URL and payment method.
• Abandoned-cart reminders (only for shoppers who tick the marketing opt-in at checkout): customer name, phone number, email address, cart total, cart contents, checkout URL and, on the third reminder, a generated coupon code.
• Marketing audience and campaigns (only for shoppers who tick the marketing opt-in): phone number, name and email address, plus the message content you compose.
• Store policies (only if you click Sync Policies): the policy text you enter.
• Product catalogue: GoUltra can read your in-stock products from /wp-json/goultra/v1/sync. That route requires the per-site shared secret.

The plugin also answers a public read-only route, /wp-json/goultra/v1/info, which returns only your site title, site URL, shop currency and locale so the connection screen can be pre-filled. It returns no customer, order, credential or version information.

The free WhatsApp chat button sends nothing anywhere: it is a plain click-to-chat link and the visitor’s own app opens the conversation.
