Connecting your site to your Genwave account

Genwave lets you run the WordPress site you already have by talking to it. Ask for a new page, a sale on your store or a fix for an error, in plain language and in any language. Genwave Agent shows you exactly what will change, you approve it, and it does the work inside the WordPress admin you already use.

How it works

Genwave uses two plugins that work together:

  • Genwave (this plugin) connects your site to your Genwave account. It also adds AI writing for single posts and products.
  • Genwave Agent adds the agent chat, where you run your site by conversation. Once your account is connected, install it in one click from Genwave Plugins.

Once both are installed and your account is connected:

  1. Say what you need. A product, a fix, a page or a report.
  2. See the plan and approve it. The agent shows what will change before anything runs. You confirm, or you change your mind.
  3. It is done and logged. You see the result, and every action is recorded. Content edits keep a copy you can restore.

What Genwave Agent can do

Content and pages. Create and edit pages and posts, write product descriptions and FAQs, and translate existing content.

WooCommerce. Add and edit products, change prices and stock, organise categories, create coupons and look up orders. If you have a product file, the agent can help you import it.

SEO. Review your pages and improve titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal links and structured data.

Fixing problems. Describe what you see. The agent finds the cause, explains it in plain language and proposes a fix for you to approve.

Plugins and code. Install and set up plugins, or have a custom plugin built for something no existing plugin does. The result is a normal WordPress plugin that a developer can review and extend.

Images. Create featured images and banners, remove backgrounds and resize images without leaving WordPress.

Careful with your site

  • You see it first. Every action shows what will change before it runs.
  • Bound by your role. The agent cannot touch anything your WordPress user cannot.
  • Undo for content edits. A copy is saved before a post or page changes.
  • Full activity log. Every action records who asked and what changed.

This plugin talks to Genwave’s services to connect your account and to carry out the AI tasks you ask for. Nothing is sent until you take an action, and every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). The services are listed under “Third Party Services” below.

Third Party Services

This plugin connects to the following Genwave services. It sends data only when you take an action, and always over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Genwave app (app.genwave.ai)
* Used to connect your site to your Genwave account and verify your license.

Genwave account service (account.genwave.ai)
* Used for your credit balance, account details and the list of Genwave plugins.

Genwave Agent service (agent.genwave.ai)
* Used to generate content and to carry out the tasks you ask the agent for.
