FXOapps Order Returns for WooCommerce

FXOapps Order Returns for WooCommerce adds a complete return workflow to WooCommerce stores. Logged-in customers start returns from My Account → Retur on eligible completed orders within your configured return period. Shop staff manage every request from Order Returns in wp-admin with status updates, search, filters, and email notifications when a new return is submitted.

This WordPress.org edition works without a license key or external account.

Free Features

Admin Dashboard

View return totals, open and completed counts, recent activity, status breakdown charts, return-option distribution, and a timeline for the recent period.

Return Management

Browse return requests in a searchable, filterable list with pagination. Open individual requests to review order and product details, customer contact information, return reason, handover details, selected return option, bank details when provided, and update return status.

Admin Settings

Configure the plugin under Order Returns → Settings:

• General — return period in days, admin notification email, and date format for storefront and emails.
• Return Flow — product condition and return reason rows, optional detail fields, and per-reason return shipping fee payer (shop or customer).
• Return Options — enable built-in customer-facing return options such as bank transfer, store coupon, and product exchange, with translated labels.
• Handover — courier return with shop-calls-courier or customer-calls-courier modes and editable notices.

Customize the customer-facing return wizard with colors, border radius presets, input styling, and theme compatibility options.

Full Frontend Return Flow

Logged-in customers get a guided return experience in My Account: select a returnable product from a completed order, choose product condition and return reason, provide courier pickup details when handover is enabled, select a return option, enter bank details when required, and submit the request.
