

Admin Dashboard – overview of return activity and return management.
FXOapps Order Returns for WooCommerce adds a complete return workflow to WooCommerce stores. Logged-in customers start returns from My Account Retur on eligible completed orders within your configured return period. Shop staff manage every request from Order Returns in wp-admin with status updates, search, filters, and email notifications when a new return is submitted.
This WordPress.org edition works without a license key or external account.

View return totals, open and completed counts, recent activity, status breakdown charts, return-option distribution, and a timeline for the recent period.

Return Management
Browse return requests in a searchable, filterable list with pagination. Open individual requests to review order and product details, customer contact information, return reason, handover details, selected return option, bank details when provided, and update return status.

Full Frontend Return Flow
Logged-in customers get a guided return experience in My Account: select a returnable product from a completed order, choose product condition and return reason, provide courier pickup details when handover is enabled, select a return option, enter bank details when required, and submit the request.
