EgyDevInfo Order Export Without Login for WooCommerce

Every other WooCommerce order export tool works the same way: someone logs into wp-admin and clicks an “Export” button. Order Export Without Login does something different — it gives you a secure link that anyone can open to get a live CSV, without ever needing a WordPress account.
That makes it a fit for situations regular exporters aren’t built for: handing live registration or order data to a coach, partner, accountant, or external system, without creating them a WordPress login just to pull a file.

- One secure download link, no login needed to use it — protected by a long, randomly generated token embedded in the link itself. Regenerate it anytime to instantly invalidate the old link.
- Choose which order statuses to include — every status is included by default (pending, processing, on hold, completed, cancelled, refunded, failed), or narrow it down to exactly the ones you need.
- Choose which fields to export — pick from order number, status, registration date, payment total, coupon code, and full billing details. Columns always export in a consistent order.
- Optional date range filter — limit the export to orders placed within a specific window, or leave it blank to export orders from all dates.

- Install and activate the plugin (requires WooCommerce).
- Go to WooCommerce Order Export.
- Copy your unique download link and share it with whoever or whatever needs a live CSV of your orders — the link itself is the credential, so no WordPress account is required to use it.
- Optionally restrict which order statuses, fields, and dates are included, or add a password for an extra layer of protection.
Privacy notice
The download link, once generated, grants access to your WooCommerce order and customer data (names, contact details, and any billing fields you choose to include) to anyone who has the link — the same way any secret link works. Treat it like a password: only share it with people and systems you trust, and use the regenerate and password-protection features if you ever suspect it has been exposed.
