DimensionKit builds scored assessments — readiness checks, maturity models, qualification quizzes — and publishes them with results, tiers, and contact capture. This plugin puts them on your WordPress site.

Connect your DimensionKit account once. The plugin then lists your scorecards, lets you allow this site to embed them in one click, and gives you a block and a shortcode to place them.

What it does

Connect once. Sign in to DimensionKit from the settings screen. No API keys to copy, no credentials stored in a form.
Allow this site with one click. DimensionKit only renders a scorecard inside sites you have allowed. The plugin adds this site’s address to the list for you, keeping any other sites already on it.
Block or shortcode. Pick a scorecard from a dropdown in the editor, or paste [dimensionkit slug="your-scorecard"] anywhere shortcodes run.
Resizes itself. The embedded scorecard reports its height as the visitor moves through the questions, so there is no inner scrollbar and no fixed height to guess.

Writing the scorecards

Scorecards are written in DimensionKit; the settings screen links straight to it. You can also connect DimensionKit to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant and have it write one for you — describe the assessment and the assistant produces the dimensions, questions and result tiers. The settings screen shows the connector address and the four steps.

What you need

A DimensionKit account, and a site served over HTTPS so the sign-in can be sent back to it. WordPress 6.3 or newer.

External services

This plugin connects to DimensionKit’s hosted service at https://app.dimensionkit.com. It is required: the plugin exists to display scorecards held in your DimensionKit account.

When the plugin contacts DimensionKit, and what it sends:

Connecting your account (only when an administrator starts it): this site’s address and name are sent to register it as an application, and the administrator is redirected to DimensionKit to sign in and approve access. Access and refresh tokens come back and are stored in this site’s database.
Listing your scorecards (in the admin, and when the block editor loads): sends the stored access token; receives your scorecards’ titles, slugs, publication status and submission counts.
Allowing this site (only when an administrator clicks the button): sends the scorecard’s slug and this site’s address, so DimensionKit will render that scorecard inside this domain.
Showing a scorecard to a visitor: the page loads the embed.js script from https://app.dimensionkit.com, which places the scorecard in an iframe served from the same address. The plugin sends nothing about the visitor; whatever the scorecard itself collects is governed by that scorecard’s own settings in DimensionKit.

No visitor data passes through this plugin, and it sends nothing to any other service.
