Compath Choir Rehearsal

Choir Rehearsal helps choir members learn new pieces by voice part.

• Create songs and attach unlimited voice tracks
• Built-in voice list: backing track, bass, baritone, tenor, alto, soprano, other
• Upload MP3/WAV files from the Media Library, or choose YouTube per track
• Official YouTube embed on the song page (video stays visible; no download)
• Attach a PDF score per song with page-by-page viewer
• Frontend song list at /rehearsal/ with PDF, public, and YouTube badges
• Sticky HTML5 player at the bottom of the page
• Optional login-only access with Singer and Voice Leader roles (English role names)
• REST API and MCP abilities for automation

External services

This plugin does not require external services to work. Song data, audio, and PDF scores stay on your WordPress site.

Optional YouTube tracks (song editor): choose YouTube as a track source and paste a URL. The song page opens the official YouTube embed player (youtube.com). Playback uses YouTube’s embed; no download. Subject to YouTube Terms of Service. No YouTube API key is required for this embed.

Optional documentation link in Settings may open rehearsal.compath.ee (Compath OÜ) for help and changelog. No site or user data is sent unless you open that page in your browser.

PDF viewing uses Mozilla PDF.js bundled inside the plugin (Apache-2.0). No PDF.js CDN calls are made.
