The ClickSyncr MailerLite panel in the Contact Form 7 editor: connect your MailerLite API key, choose a group, map form fields to MailerLite subscriber fields, and set an opt-in consent field.

ClickSyncr for MailerLite connects your forms to MailerLite, so every form submission becomes a subscriber in your MailerLite group: automatically, with no code.

Works with your form builder

  • Contact Form 7
  • WPForms
  • Gravity Forms
  • Ninja Forms
  • Fluent Forms
  • Formidable Forms
  • Forminator

One plugin, one MailerLite connection. Configure each form right inside the builder you already use.

Stop copying and pasting emails between your website and your email marketing. Map your form fields to MailerLite once, and ClickSyncr keeps your audience growing on autopilot every time someone fills out a form.

Why you’ll love it

  • Set up in minutes — paste your MailerLite API key and you’re connected. No developers, no code.
  • Your groups load automatically — choose which MailerLite group new subscribers join, right inside the form editor.
  • Map any field — send names, phone numbers, and MailerLite fields straight from your form.
  • Built-in opt-in — add a consent checkbox and ClickSyncr adds subscribers as Active when they tick it, or Unconfirmed when they don’t.
  • Subscriber status control — choose Active, Unconfirmed, or defer to your MailerLite account’s double opt-in setting, per form.
  • No duplicate subscribers — existing subscribers are updated and new ones are added, every single time.
  • A setup for every form — each form can sync to a different group with its own field mapping, in every supported builder.
  • Sync health at a glance — an admin-bar menu shows every configured form’s sync counts and the last error, if any.
  • Lightweight and fast — built to WordPress standards, so it never slows your site down.
  • You stay in control — you decide exactly what data is sent, and to which group.

How it works

  1. Install and activate the plugin.
  2. Edit any form and open its ClickSyncr MailerLite settings (a tab, panel, or feed, depending on your builder).
  3. Paste your MailerLite API key — your groups and subscriber fields load instantly, and the connection is shared across builders.
  4. Choose a group and map your form fields to MailerLite fields (email is required).
  5. Optionally pick a consent field so subscribers opt in when they tick it.
  6. Save. Every submission now syncs to MailerLite automatically.

What you’ll need

External service: MailerLite

This plugin connects to MailerLite, the email marketing service, to sync your form submissions with your MailerLite account.

When data is sent: when you connect your API key, when your groups and fields load in the form editor, and when a visitor submits a form you’ve configured with ClickSyncr — at which point their form data (email and any mapped fields) is sent to MailerLite.

What is sent: your MailerLite API key (to authenticate), the subscriber’s email address and any fields you choose to map, and the group you select.

By using this plugin you agree to MailerLite’s Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable data-protection laws (such as GDPR) and for obtaining consent from your visitors before their data is collected and sent to MailerLite.
