What the service is and what it is used for: The plugin connects to the Bale API (https://tapi.bale.ai/bot and https://tapi.bale.ai/business/bot) to generate digital invoices, process payments via the Bale Wallet, register webhooks for real-time payment confirmation, and send digital receipts and downloadable products directly to the user’s chat.
What data is sent and when:
- When a user initiates a payment, the plugin sends the Order ID, total amount, product image URLs, and store name to generate an invoice.
- Upon successful payment, it may send digital files (if the product is downloadable) to the customer’s Chat ID.
- During webhook registration, your site’s webhook URL is sent to the Bale API.
