Bahri Canli Connect lets a business manage its own WhatsApp Business account from
the WordPress admin area, through the Message Manager platform
(https://message-manager.tr):
- Shared team inbox — incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages
- SMS conversations in the same inbox (SMS accounts connected on Message Manager),
with a WhatsApp / SMS filter and sender name (short name) selection for replies
- Send a new SMS to any phone number, and see failed deliveries with the reason
- Reply to customer conversations without leaving WordPress
- Live 24-hour customer service window countdown
- Send approved message templates, in a conversation or to a new phone number
- Archive conversations
The plugin is a thin client. It stores no message data of its own. All business
logic and the connection to the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) run on
the Message Manager service. The plugin only talks to that service from your
WordPress server, using a per-account API key. The API key is never exposed to the
browser.
External services
This plugin connects to one external service: the Message Manager API at
https://message-manager.tr. A connection is made only after you enter an API key
on the plugin settings screen, and only while a logged-in administrator is using
the plugin’s screens (Settings, Inbox, Send Message).
What is sent to Message Manager:
- Your API key, in the
Authorization request header, to authenticate the request.
- When you open a conversation: the conversation identifier you selected.
- When you send a reply: the conversation identifier and the message text you typed;
for SMS conversations also the sender name (short name) you selected.
- When you filter the inbox: the selected channel (WhatsApp or SMS).
- When you send a template: the template identifier/name and language, the variable
values you typed, and either the conversation identifier or the recipient phone number.
- When you send a new SMS: the recipient phone number, the message text, the selected
sender name and SMS account.
- When you open the SMS form: a request for your SMS accounts and approved sender names.
- When you archive or unarchive a conversation: the conversation identifier.
- When you open a template form: a request for your approved template list.
What is received from Message Manager and shown in wp-admin:
- The list of your WhatsApp and SMS conversations (contact name/number, channel, status,
unread count) and, for SMS conversations, the approved sender names of the SMS account.
- The messages of a conversation you open (text, direction, delivery status, timestamps).
- Your approved message templates (name, language, body text).
Message Manager, in turn, communicates with the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform
(Cloud API) and with the SMS provider you connected on Message Manager (for example
Netgsm) on your behalf to deliver and receive those messages. No data is sent
to any other third party. Message Manager does not sell or share your data.
