Your timetable and your one to one diary are the same week, on one screen. A class card says how many places are left, a session card says who is in it. When somebody drops out the plugin already knows who could take that time, because it wrote down what everybody said they could do.

Nothing is ever moved automatically. The plugin suggests, you decide, the person confirms. Somebody who says “8am or nothing” is never asked to move, because that answer is recorded too.

Classes, with a real waiting list

A class is a weekly pattern with a number of places: a name, a colour, a length, how many fit. It appears on your week as Reformer, 9 of 12, a full one as 12 of 12, 3 waiting.
People book from your own site with a name and an email address. No account, no password, no sign up.
When it is full they join the waiting list, and joining costs nothing. They see where they are in the queue on their own page.
A place that comes free is offered, not silently given away. Close to the class the first in the queue gets a window to take it; further out it goes straight to them. A setting on each class.
A credit is only spent on a place somebody accepted. An offer nobody answered expires and costs them nothing.
Open a class and you are in the room. Who is in it, who is waiting, add somebody, promote somebody, tick who turned up, call it off. Cutting the places below the people booked is refused, and it says so.
Calling a class off asks about every person in it, one by one: does their credit go back, or is it used. Nothing moves until you have answered.
A class holds its squares. A one to one cannot be dropped on a running class, and a class cannot be placed over a session.

One to one sessions, and the flexibility nobody writes down

Every booking tool stores the same fact: this person is booked at this time. This plugin stores the one you actually reason with as well: the other times they could also do.

Suzy can only do 7am. Joe is in the 7am slot but told you 8:15 suits him just as well. That second fact is what makes a full week solvable, and it normally lives in your head for the few people you happen to remember being flexible.

Set the hours you work, in as many blocks a day as you need, and copy one day across the week in a click.
Record what each person can do: they want it, it suits them equally, they would take it if needed, or they cannot.
Sessions as long as you run them. Half hours, forty fives, hours, or all three, with quarter hour starts.
Nobody is booked more often than they asked. Each person says how many sessions a week they want, and every screen shows how many are placed.
See who is waiting for each time, keenest first, with anybody at their weekly count dimmed rather than hidden.
When a request lands on a taken time, you get an ordered list of swaps, kindest ask first, message already written. Never more than two people in a chain.
Plan the week by hand. Pick a person up and drop them on a time. The squares light up before you let go, your colour where it fits and red where it does not, with the reason in words.
Blocks of sessions, counted once. Six used, four left, running out on the twelfth. A session comes off when it happens, not when it is booked, so a plan cancelled a fortnight out costs nobody anything.
Cancelling asks what matters: not “are you sure” but what happens to their session, back on their block or used, with your usual answer chosen.
Two people in one slot, or a small group of three or four. A couple trains together and each keeps their own sessions, so one comes off each block when the hour happens. They ask with a tick on your booking page and the request arrives with both named. A third is refused: different session, different price.

Set up in a few minutes, in your own words

The first screen after you activate is a short setup, every step skippable, with your country, currency, week start and town already filled in. What you skip stays listed under Your setup, worked out from what is there.

Say what you mainly do and one press sets up the rest: your timetable, the prices we suggest and your session lengths. It does not have to be exact, martial arts covers krav maga and karate alike. Every screen then uses your field’s words: students in classes, patients with appointments. Search finds words that are not on the label, so reformer finds Pilates.

Memberships your booking page actually enforces

Every pricing plugin lets you write “includes 8 classes a month” next to a buy button. None knows when somebody books the ninth. This one is the same object the diary reads, so what the price list promises is what happens when somebody presses the button.

External services

This plugin calls out from your server in seven places and nowhere else, and every one of them is something you pressed: writing an article, finding your business and reading your own words during setup, the keyword list, the Where you show up report and the Google reviews it carries, registering this site so those doors know it, asking what people charge near you, and taking a payment if you connect a payment provider. Each one is described below. Left alone, the plugin makes no outbound call at all.

Writing an article, through fitnesscopilot.co

Service: FitnessCopilot (fitnesscopilot.co), the external service operated by this plugin’s developer.

What it does: reads the text you send from the Articles screen with an AI model. Improve this draft returns your draft edited plus a note about anything shaky. Write it up from my notes turns your notes into a structured post, lists every factual claim as supported, overstated or wrong and, if you ask, finds a reference per claim, each fetched by our server to confirm it exists; one that does not is left out. Nothing is published without you choosing it.

When it happens: only when you press a button on the Articles screen, never on a schedule, on activation, on a page view or in the background; each press is one of twenty a month.

What is sent: for Improve this draft, the draft, the language, the keyword, and your two lists of things to work in and things you will not say. For Write it up from my notes, your notes, the keyword and its related terms; then the draft for the check; then the claims for the references. With each one, the licence key this site was issued, so your monthly allowance is counted against your site rather than against everyone who shares your web host. Nothing else: not your name, your email or your clients.

What is stored: a request count against your licence key, and against the connecting address when no key is sent, for the limits. We keep none of the content.

What people charge near you, through fitnesscopilot.co

Only when you press Pre-fill from what people charge near you on the Prices screen. Your site sends your country, your town or city, and what you teach. Nothing else: not your web address, your name, your email, your own prices or anything about your clients.

What comes back: the middle price and usual range for that trade there, how many published prices it came from, whether it was measured in your town, your country or countries like yours, and roughly how many people search for it near you each month. The figures come from prices businesses publish openly on their own sites. We store nothing about the question, and never pressing the button means no call is made.

Finding your business, and reading your own words, through fitnesscopilot.co

Only on the setup screen, and only when you press. Fill this in for me sends what you typed, which is your business name and town or a link to a page about you, and what comes back is a short list of businesses to choose from with the address, hours and phone we hold for each. Read my words sends the sentences you typed or spoke on the “In your words” step, and what comes back is those sentences sorted into the fields of the steps that follow. Nothing is saved until you pick one, or press save, and if the call fails the screen says so and you type your details in as normal.

What is stored: a request count against your licence key for the limits. We keep neither your words nor your search.

The list of words people search for, through fitnesscopilot.co

Only when you press Choose your keywords on the Articles screen, and again each time you search or change language inside it. Your site sends your licence key, the language you are looking in, what you typed in the search box and which topic you pressed. What comes back is a list of phrases with how often each is searched. The list is an offer: with the door down, the button says so and you write the article without it.

What is stored: a request count against your licence key for the limits.

Where you show up, and your Google reviews, through fitnesscopilot.co

Whenever you open the Where you show up screen, and once a day for the reviews if you switch them on. Your site sends its licence key and nothing else. What comes back is what we already hold about your website’s address: where you come up for a few searches, what we can see of your Google listing, businesses near you, whether the assistants mention you, and, when you have switched them on, your Google reviews to show on your page. Your site asks Google for nothing and holds no Google account of its own. The answer is kept on your site for an hour, and the last good one is kept and shown if a later call fails, so the screen and your page never empty out.

Registering this site, through fitnesscopilot.co

The first time any of the doors above is used, your site asks for a licence key of its own and stores it. It sends your site’s address, which part of the plugin is asking, and this plugin’s version number, and nothing else. If a door later refuses the key it holds, it asks once for a fresh one and tries again, so a key that has gone stale does not leave a screen refusing for ever.

What is stored: the key and your site’s address, and the request counts kept against that key.

Taking a payment, through fitnesscopilot.co and your payment provider

Only if you connect a payment provider on the Prices screen, and only when a client presses to pay. Your site sends its licence key, which package was chosen and that client’s email address, and what comes back is the address of the provider’s own payment page, which is where the client types their card details. Your site never sees or stores a card. Connecting sends your licence key and a secret of your site’s own, so the provider’s answer can be recognised when it comes back.

Site registration and vendor content

On activation, this plugin registers your site with Alsoworks (fitnesscopilot.co), sending your
site’s address and the name and version of this plugin. This lets your site own what it creates on
our server and receive the configuration its features need, such as the licence key the Articles,
Prices and Where you show up screens use. Using the same rendering path the plugin uses for your own
content, Alsoworks may also place one line, containing one link to Alsoworks, into the body of a
