Instintia EAA Accessibility Reports helps WordPress site owners and agencies review accessibility issues, document progress and prepare accessibility workflows with reference to WCAG 2.2 AA and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
The plugin runs automated checks in the WordPress admin using the bundled axe-core library. It can scan individual pages, scan discovered internal pages, generate PDF reports, compare saved reports and prepare an editable accessibility statement draft.
Automated scans are useful for monitoring and documentation, but they do not certify legal or WCAG compliance. Accessibility statements and remediation decisions should be reviewed by the website owner or a qualified advisor before publication.
Scheduled weekly scans and automated PDF reports by email are available through a separate Instintia Premium product. The WordPress.org plugin does not include locked premium functionality.
Instintia EAA Accessibility Reports performs scans inside the WordPress admin browser and stores scan records in the site’s WordPress database. The bundled axe-core script is loaded locally from the plugin; it is not loaded from a third-party CDN.
No scan data is sent to Instintia by default. The premium information card links to the user’s email client and does not submit data through the plugin.
